How We Help

Additive manufacturing accelerates your product development cycle. We offer SLA, SLS, and metal DMLS technologies — complementing our CNC machining for a complete prototype-to-production workflow. No tooling investment, MOQ of 1 piece, and turnaround as fast as 24 hours.

Our engineering team helps you choose the right process: SLA for visual prototypes, SLS for functional nylon parts, and metal DMLS for complex metal components. When your design is validated, we seamlessly transition to CNC production with the same project team and quality standards.

Common Applications

SLA Resin

High-detail visual prototypes, fit checks, and master patterns with 25μm layer resolution.

SLS Nylon

Functional prototypes and low-volume end-use parts — complex internal geometries without support structures.

Metal DMLS

Aluminum, titanium, and stainless steel parts for complex geometries that cannot be machined conventionally.

3D Printing vs CNC — When to Use Which

  • Choose 3D printing for: complex organic shapes, internal channels, rapid iteration, low volumes (1–50 pcs), no tooling budget
  • Choose CNC for: tight tolerances (±0.01mm+), production volumes, specific mechanical properties, smooth machined surfaces
  • Best practice: 3D print for design validation → CNC machine for production = fastest path to market

Frequently Asked Questions

How fast can you deliver 3D printed prototypes?

SLA and SLS parts can ship within 24–48 hours. Metal DMLS typically requires 5–7 business days depending on build volume and post-processing requirements.

Can you transition from 3D print to CNC production?

Yes — this is our recommended workflow. Validate with 3D print, then move to CNC for production-grade tolerances and materials. Same engineering team manages both stages.

What file formats do you accept?

STL, STEP, and 3MF for 3D printing. STL is preferred for SLA/SLS. STEP for metal DMLS with engineering review of build orientation and support strategy.

What tolerances can 3D printing achieve?

SLA: ±0.1mm typical. SLS: ±0.2mm. Metal DMLS: ±0.05mm on well-oriented features. For tighter tolerances, machine critical surfaces after printing or move to CNC.

Do you offer post-processing for printed parts?

Yes — support removal, sanding, dyeing, vapor smoothing (SLA), bead blasting, CNC machining of mating surfaces, and heat treatment for metal DMLS parts.
