Precision CNC Turning Services
Swiss-type lathes and multi-axis turning centers for cylindrical parts — from medical implants to hydraulic fittings with excellent concentricity.
15+ years precision manufacturing · Shipped to 30+ countries
How We Help
Our turning department combines Swiss-type sliding headstock lathes with fixed-headstock chucker lathes — covering parts from Ø1mm pins to Ø300mm shafts. Live tooling enables milling, drilling, and tapping in the same setup, reducing handling and improving concentricity.
We specialize in medical bone screws, hydraulic fittings, and aerospace fasteners where runout and surface finish are non-negotiable. Every turning job includes DFM feedback on thread design, groove geometry, and bar stock utilization.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you combine turning and milling in one setup?
Yes — our live-tooling lathes perform cross-drilling, milling, and tapping during the turning cycle. This eliminates secondary operations and improves concentricity.
When should I choose Swiss-type over standard turning?
Swiss-type is ideal for long, slender parts (L/D > 3) requiring tight concentricity — medical screws, pins, and connector bodies. Chuckers handle larger diameters and shorter components.
What materials do you turn?
Aluminum, stainless steel (303, 304, 316, 17-4PH), titanium Grade 2 and Grade 5, brass, copper, and engineering plastics. Titanium and medical alloys use dedicated tooling.
What surface finishes are achievable on turned parts?
Ra 0.2μm on bearing journals with finishing passes. Standard as-turned Ra 1.6μm. Polishing and passivation available for medical applications.
Do you support production volumes for turned parts?
Yes — from 1-piece prototypes to high-volume bar-fed production. Swiss-type automation supports unattended runs for quantities of 1,000+ per release.
